1st GB Team Training of the Year . . .

The first GB Team training of the year happened on the 17th/18th of January.

Team Trainings Coming Up

The Elite GB team will be meeting up again to get ready for the 2009 international season on these dates:

- 14th/15th March (Leeds Wall)

- 4th/5th April (Foundry)

- 25th/26th April (Ratho)


We'll be doing plenty more core work, onsighting international comp level routes . . . and generally being in pain . . . can't wait . . . .
